Our custom Emerald grass seed mix contains perennial ryegrass, which allows it to establish rapidly and out-compete weeds, Kentucky bluegrass, which can spread to "heal" thin spots in the lawn, and creeping red fescue, which is highly tolerant of shade. The combination blends well into existing lawns, and the grass is a rich shade of emerald green. Comes in a freestanding, resealable package for your convenience.
ENRICHED TOPSOIL
Our house blend of enriched and locally sourced topsoil incorporates 25% Better Earth Compost, to get your seeds off to the best possible start.
PROTECTIVE STRAW
Straw is key to the success of new grass seed. It prevents the seed from washing or blowing away, and it holds moisture close to the seeds so that they don't dry out, helping them germinate and establish themselves at a higher rate.

Don't want to start from scratch? Pick up a roll of sod at Stone Market for a quick fix, or order enough for a whole new lawn! Our sod is grown in house, so we know that its top quality. We grow Black Beauty, a fescue so green you have to see it to believe it! This native grass mix puts roots down 4' deep for exemplary drought tolerance, and it has fantastic resistance to disease and insect damage. On top of all that, it will grow in shade as well as sun!
